Refund Policy

Gold Rush Algo is a digital software product delivered electronically upon purchase confirmation. Once your license key is issued and access is granted, the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

For this reason, all payments made for Gold Rush Algo licenses are non-refundable, regardless of the reason — including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Unsatisfactory trading results or losses incurred
• Failure to read or understand the product description
• Technical issues caused by your broker, MT5 platform, or VPS
• Failure to set up or install the EA correctly
• Market conditions or trading outcomes

Gold Rush Algo operates on a monthly or yearly subscription model. You are in full control of your subscription and may cancel at any time.

Upon cancellation:

• No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
• Your license will remain active until the end of your paid period
• Your license will automatically expire when the billing period ends
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a crypto payment is sent and confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

When paying with crypto, please ensure that:

• You send the exact amount to the correct wallet address
• You select the correct network (BTC, ERC20, TRC20, BEP20)
• You submit your transaction ID correctly for order verification

Gold Rush Algo is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on the wrong network.

PayPal subscriptions are processed through PayPal's secure platform. By subscribing via PayPal, you agree to PayPal's subscription billing terms in addition to our own policy.

In the event of a PayPal dispute or chargeback initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your license and terminate your account without notice.

We strongly encourage all potential customers to take advantage of our free backtest version before making any purchase. This allows you to:

• Download and test the algorithm on MT5's Strategy Tester
• Verify the historical performance data yourself
• Understand how the EA behaves before committing to a subscription

The free backtest version is available at no cost and requires no credit card. We offer this specifically so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.
